The Water Security and Governance Lab focuses on the causes of water insecurity, consequences for society and human well being, and socially equitable solutions to increase the capacity of individuals and communities to flourish during these times of global environmental change. The Lab is made up a group of dedicated scholars, post-docs, and students working on individual and collaborative research projects.
We are building a robust, interdisciplinary community of practice and research at Texas A&M University and creating space for collaboration and dialogue around water security and water governance. To that end, we typically support various activities, including research workshops, a speaker series, service learning for undergraduates.
